Mr. Steele was born and raised in North Manchester, Indiana on a small farm with his Mother, Father, and two sisters. He never forgot his roots even when he left the farm to pursue an Electrical Engineering BS and MS Degree at Purdue University.

Investing in Real Estate his whole life, he also became proficient in Spanish and pursued his dream to start his own Six Sigma Consulting company. He has taught advanced statistics all over the world in both Spanish and English.

Although never really retired, he lives happily with his beautiful wife, Patricia in McAllen, Texas close to Mexican Border. In addition to writing, he and his wife work together managing their properties and enjoy traveling, playing bridge, and playing with their dogs.
